Qualitymanagement

First, clean the bearing surfaces and check the ground for possible unevenness, set a guideline.

Then apply a flexible tile adhesive (frost resistant) with a smoothing trowel (teeth 8x8 mm or 10 x 10 mm) and then carefully position the cubicle border. Make sure that the straight side (without holes) is on the passage side.

After positioning drill a hole with a stone drill in the base plate through the holes in the border..

Drill the holes with air to remove possible drilling residues.

Then lightly hammer in the supplied fixing bolt anchor and tighten with a suitable ring or open-end wrench.

The joint between the elements can be closed with concrete strength class C25/30.

Our concretes are produced in quality-controlled plants with state-of-the-art mixing plants. Humidity sensors in the mixer, tested scales for sand, gravel and cement ensure a consistently high concrete quality. The high cement contents are the prerequisite for high initial and final strengths and the basis for a long-lasting product.
