Floors tested for breaker safety and deflection

Our slatted floors are checked regularly by tests on the product for their usability and load bearing capacity. This process, which was developed by SUDING in cooperation with the BauZert e.V., has become a standard in the testing of slatted floors (design by testing). In addition, self-monitoring in the factories tests the compressive strengths of the concretes used.

Product safety - far beyond what is required.

 

The tests confirmed the high quality standards that SUDING has set itself. Thus, the stipulated requirements for safety in the limit state of serviceability are exceeded by three and a half times, the breaking forces are exceeded by up to 10 times. This applies both to bending and transverse load carrying capacity.

Production according to DIN EN 12737

Suding cattle-slats are manufactured according to current DIN EN 12737. The certificates of the factory production control and the product certificate "slatted floor" issued by the BAU-ZERT e.V., confirm the production according to the current standard.
